In 2006 and 2007 I was able to be a part of a reintroduction project of Chinese Alligators (Alligator sinensis) back into the wild with John Thorbjarnarson and Dr. Kent Vliet.
We lectured at several Chinese universities across the country and then were able to fit captive born Chinese Alligators with radio collars and release them into restored habitat on Chongming island.
